Monitoring your Workspace Usage

Workspace usage data is a core feature in Blink Ops that enables administrators and team leads to track and analyze their automation resource utilization. This feature provides real-time visibility into workflow execution metrics, helping teams optimize their automation processes and manage resources effectively.

Dashboards:

1. Navigate to the Dashboard page in the Tenant Settings in your BlinkOps workspace.

2. Locate the usage panel at the top of the page

3. The workspace usage panel displays three key metrics:

Usage	Description
Active Workflows	The number of active Workflows in this workspace.
Executions	The number of Workflows executed
Actions executed	The total number of Actions executed in all Workflows.

Note

Approaching usage limits may impact workflow execution. Monitor metrics regularly and contact Blink Ops support for limit adjustments.
