Create Case

Create a new case.

Basic Parameters​

Parameter	Description
Name	The name of the case.
Priority	The priority of the case.
Summary	Summary of the case.

Advanced Parameters​

Parameter	Description
Due Date	The due date of the case.
Entity ID	Entity to assign to the case. Not setting this property will assign the case to the user’s default entity.
External ID	An external ID for the case.
